- Email the entire Event to all participants with one click of the mouse
- Send summary page only
- Send Summary page with complete set of full page chord charts for the event
- Send 2 column chord charts
- Guest users can log in and print their own event information including the chord charts for that event
- Send events summary and full chord chart sets to any individual within the event. Just click the "envelope" icon beside the person's name
- Save the complate Event summary and chord chart sets as a PDF file
- If you have previously uploaded mp3 samples for each song the guest users can listen to these in "streamed" form without being able to download the mp3
